Get ready! Girls Workshop!

Everything is ready for my first Girls Workshop in Luzern on the 15.06.2013.

The Girls will arrive 8:45 AM at the beautiful Art Deco Hotel Montana.  Fresh croissants and hot chocolate are going to be awaiting them as a nice welcome to start the event with. At 9:00 AM they will start with a Self-defense Workshop with Black Belt Antonella Bergaminn from the International Shukokai Karate School in Lucerne. She will teach them the basic self-defense techniques, punches, and kicks. They are going to see inspiring Katas from a teenager Swiss awarded champion and have some live fighting examples.

After this amazing experience, the girls are going to change their clothes to their preferred outfit to later go out to a 4 Star Restaurant to exercise and review the Knigge rules. During the afternoon, we are going to experience a very interesting and holistic workshop on self-confidence techniques to boost our self-esteem.

Learn how to walk elegant and self confident in high heels will be the next highlight.  At 3 PM an empowering break with fresh backed cookies, cakes and home made and organic ice tee is going to be server in the lounge of the hotel, in front of the beautiful lake.

To end the day we are going to check the dos and don’ts in Styling and Make-up for teenies.

After 4:00pm all those Girls are going to be ready with all the basics they need to take better decisions in their lives.
