4 Years Miami
Dear All,
In one week my family and I are returning back to Switzerland. We spent 4 wonderful years in Miami, Florida. It is sad for me to leave good friends and my customers, but thanks skipe I am going to be able to keep in touch with them and keep coaching internationally.
I spent more than 10 very interesting and challenging years in Switzerland. Good friends and Family are expecting us. I am very happy for that. I love to be in Switzerland, even if the sun is not always shining. Switzerland is my second home.
I am so exited to start my blog and to share with you good tips, and as well about my new experiences as a coach and as a woman in Switzerland.
The tip of the Month:
Train how to meditate!
Try this few first steps:
After you wake up, remain in bed for a few minutes. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath and start talking with yourself. Think positive. Ask yourself some questions about the day. Keep breathing deep and you will find peace. Repeat that every morning for a a good week.
Meditation is a way to find yourself. Good luck!
