I do not want it! I will not do it! I do not agree! This time I will not sabotage myself!!
Sometimes we just can’t say no, do we? It is like we were programed to repeat the same mistakes again and again! It seems to be that we are enjoying doing what we know we shouldn’t do (at least for the first seconds)… but at the end, reality always hits us making us feel like big losers: empty, sad, depressed, and insecure.
Therefore, learning how to say NO THANKS! to ourselves becomes urgent. It is time to re-think standards and values. I am sure you have a mirror, do you? Have a look at it. Are we not nice human beings? Yes we are! And we all have a big brain! We should use it and re-program it as soon as possible. It’s important to understand that WE are our worst enemy if we are following the wrong old pattern. Ask yourself again and again WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT TO ACHIEVE? DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS? WHY? ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THIS?
If you are clear about what you want, go and set your standards. You will see that you are the FIRST one who will respect all your standards and values if you really want to reach your goal.
Stop sabotaging yourself. It is time to change and walk the talk!

Que bueno! sigue adelante! Acostúmbrale a tu cuerpo a darle la misma satisfacción que sientes tomando colas, con agua pura. Cuando estás en casa puedes ponerle unos pedacitos de limón o hojitas de menta, el agua domará un poco el sabor del limón fresco o el olor puro de la menta. Es una verdadera ricura!
